Google has added new features on Google spreadsheet. On the new features, You can see Google spreadsheet has preloaded with your Gmail’s contact and provide you with easy ‘type-ahead’ access to their e-mail addresses and names for invitation.

Now, you can make a public spreadsheet document under read only mode that visible or readable by everyone.
