Webaroo is a free software for both desktops and Windows Mobile pocket pcs and smartphones that allows you to lookup search results offline (i.e without ever being connected to the internet). It supports both WM2003 and WM 5.0 devices (no Symbian/S60 support yet) and requires a 256 MB storage card(SD/CF/Mini-SD). You can choose to download websites from the search results and the content will be updated the next time you connect to the internet.
